We’re super proud of this chilli salt creation as it’s crafted using the mash from our fermented sriracha – a delicious bi-product of the sriracha cooking process that would otherwise go to waste! We’re all about sustainability here at Dingo and we’re constantly striving to create a ‘no waste’ kitchen so for us this cheeky little sauce creation is a complete win-win.
