This sauce is all the things we love in a bottle. It epitomises our ethos of fresh, farmer direct, sustainable and local utilising an awesome mix of plums harvested by our friends and neighbours the Oldmeadow family from their farm in Kirup, WA. Even more special is the fact that the fruit were picked by the Oldmeadow kids, school mates of our mini Dingo and amazing little humans we’ve known since birth. With raw material this good, where could we go wrong?
Add to the mix some quality chilli from the Yelash family farm in Carnarvon a dash of tamarind, hoisin and palm sugar and you’re left with an absolute winning flavour combo that we’re very proud to have on our ‘Seasonal Series’ line up.
Similar to our Chillberry sauce, this was only ever meant to be a limited edition but you’ve loved it so much we’ve made it a returning star every plum season. Ordinarily for sale at farmers markets, special events & a handful of artisan stores around the city, we’re now delighted to share with you online while stocks last.

Seasonal Series 02
Plums, birds eye chilli, ghost chilli, tamarind & hoisin combine to create this Chinese style plum sauce with a special Dingo twist. A balance of sweet, sour and spicy it’s the perfect accompaniment for roast duck, pork spare ribs and of course any noodle or rice dish. Have to also give a special mention for the dumplings + Mr. Fong combo – pretty darn special.
