First time released online and available exclusively from the Dingo website, this is a firm crowd favourite at markets and special events and the recipient of a ‘first place’ Global Hotsauce Award’ at the Araluen chilli festival in 2019.
The Mekong Bandit is arguably one of the most flavour forward sauces in the Dingo range and works perfectly as a marinade or salad dressing in particular with prawns and other seafood. A frequent star in our Dingo Dining menus, we’ve been told by one food critic it’s ‘the nectar of the gods’ and hey, who are we to argue!
